This is a special course hosted at The First Floor by The House of Zephyr in Encinitas, California. In this course you will learn the simple technique of Vedic Meditation with Victoria Larkins. Vedic Meditation is a simple and natural technique that is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day. It is natural to the mind and allows our body to reset and recharge at the cellular level. In this technique, we work with a bija mantra, which is essentially a sound & vibration. The mantra naturally guides our mind to transcend thought, entering a field of being— pure consciousness.
