This rest practice is an ancient technique called Yoga Nidra. "NIDRA" means void or no-thing and offers us the opportunity to clear excess stimulation and allow spaciousness to illuminate deep harmony with our most replenished self. Rounding Workshop

Rounding is an advanced technique based on the principle of nishkam karma yoga—“action hardly done.” Through a specific sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, the body and mind are guided into deep relaxation, creating profound rest for the entire system. 

This is a somatic healing add-on to your practice that allows for the systematic release of deeply stored stress and fatigue. The purpose is to amplify the depth of your existing meditation practice and create less friction living life outside of meditation.

* Workshop flow: puja, guided rounding, community time, discussion on how and when to integrate this technique into your regular meditation routine for ongoing benefits.

* Prerequisite : This workshop is open to Vedic and Transcendental Meditators who have maintained a regular twice-daily practice for at least 2 months. This ensures a stable foundation in Being, allowing for a seamless experience of transcendence as the body moves through the sequence.

* Price: $400   

* If you’ve already learned Rounding, you’re welcome to refresh (in person spots permitted or virtually) for $100 as this will be a guided ‘fat round’.

* What to bring : 2 sweet fruits, a bouquet of fresh flowers, a yoga mat & a blanket. Wear cozy socks, sweats/something you can move around in, eye mask (optional), a back jack (optional)
