March Group Vedic Meditation Course


learn VEDIC MEDITATION

In this course you will learn the simple technique of Vedic Meditation— a simple technique of settling the mind inward beyond thought to a deeply restful state of being. As the mind transcends thinking, the body enters non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) where accumulated stress releases and repair occurs at the cellular level. In just twenty minutes, the nervous system resets while the mind remains awake in a state of restful alertness. The practice stabilizes a baseline of inner stillness and gives us a direct experience of non-changing awareness, allowing us to identify with our being beyond our narratives and meet the ever-changing nature of life with more adaptability, flow, agency, creativity, emotional maturity, and inner knowing.

THE COURSE : March 20-23 | Friday - Sunday 

The technique is taught over a three-session course where you will gain a lifelong skill to expand your mind-body connection and gain access to a community of weekly group meditations for ongoing. 

SESSION 1 : THE TECHNIQUE ( 2HR ) Friday 8-10 AM OR 6-8PM Meditate, explore the mind body connection, dive into the neuroscience of stress and rest, peer into our practice through the lens of somatic psychology & gain insight on how we reset our nervous system

SESSION 2 : THE SCIENCE ( 2HR ) Saturday 8-10 AM (option to add later session) Meditate & explore the mind body connection, dive into the neuroscience of stress and rest, peer into our practice through the lens of somatic psychology & gain insight on how we reset our nervous system.

SESSION 3 : INTEGRATION ( 2HR ) Sunday 8-10 AM (option to add later session) Explore how adaptability expand through the oscillation of deep rest and activity, Shaping states of consciousness, brain wave patterns, flow state, intuition &  creativity.

COURSE LOGISTICS 

  • Location: Private Residence in Santa Monica, Ca / or option to learn on zoom

  • Group times are flexible, reach out if you need to accommodate for a session.

MEET VICTORIA

Victoria Larkins is a Vedic Meditation teacher and the founder of Nowphoria. Her work exists at the intersection of ancient yogic knowledge, consciousness studies, and modern neuroscience. She specializes in the transition from thought-based living into presence—cultivating the state of awareness beneath the mind where clarity, coherence, and aligned action naturally arise.

Victoria has spent over a decade studying the mechanics of transcendence and the relationship between physiology and behavior. Following a ten-year apprenticeship and extensive study in India, she completed graduate research in somatic psychology and neuroscience to bridge the gap between consciousness and the physical nervous system.
