during this weekend immersion, you’ll learn Vedic Meditation at a private residence in Venice, ca. Over three sessions, you'll practice a simple technique of resting the mind beyond thought and gain the tools for integrating a daily routine of meditation into your lifestyle— and one that actually feels good. one of the hallmarks of this practice is that it’s deeply restful. Vedic meditation shifts our nervous system into a state of parasympathetic dominance, allowing for the body to release stress. as the mind transcends thought, we experiences a field of pure awareness outside the lines of it’s narration. this is the key to shifting our reality and creating a sense of flow in life. THE COURSE : may 8-10th | Friday - Sunday
The technique is taught over a three-session course where you will gain a lifelong skill to expand your mind-body connection and gain access to a community of weekly group meditations for ongoing.
SESSION 1 : THE TECHNIQUE ( 2HR ) Friday 4-6 pm pst (or private session earlier) Meditate, explore the mind body connection, dive into the neuroscience of stress and rest, peer into our practice through the lens of somatic psychology & gain insight on how we reset our nervous system
SESSION 2 : THE SCIENCE ( 2HR ) Saturday 9-11 AM pst Meditate & explore the mind body connection, dive into the neuroscience of stress and rest, peer into our practice through the lens of somatic psychology & gain insight on how we reset our nervous system. SESSION 3 : INTEGRATION ( 2HR ) Sunday 9-11 AM pst Explore how adaptability expand through the oscillation of deep rest and activity, Shaping states of consciousness, brain wave patterns, flow state, intuition & creativity.

MEET VICTORIA
Victoria Larkins is a Vedic Meditation teacher and the founder of Nowphoria. Her work exists at the intersection of ancient yogic knowledge, consciousness studies, and modern neuroscience. She specializes in the transition from thought-based living into presence—cultivating the state of awareness beneath the mind where clarity, coherence, and aligned action naturally arise.
Victoria has spent over a decade studying the mechanics of transcendence and the relationship between physiology and behavior. Following a ten-year apprenticeship and extensive study in India, she completed graduate research in somatic psychology and neuroscience to bridge the gap between consciousness and the physical nervous system.
