Victoria is in town from Los Angeles to teach a weekend course to learn Vedic Meditation June 12-14th Hosted by Ali Q Wellness. The weekend is designed to calm your mind, release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of presence.

MEET VICTORIA

Victoria Larkins is a Vedic Meditation teacher and the founder of Nowphoria — a meditation platform and community designed to empower you with nervous system regulation tools. Her work sits at the intersection of ancient yogic knowledge, modern neuroscience, and somatic psychology, anchored in the principle that thinking is a downstream expression of our nervous system state. she trained in direct lineage with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi — who brought the practice to the West and famously taught the Beatles. Following a ten-year apprenticeship and extensive study in India, she completed graduate research in somatic psychology and neuroscience to bridge the gap between consciousness and the physical nervous system.

Saturday, June 13 · 11am–1pm The Mind-Body Connection : Explore the neuroscience of deep rest, how the practice releases stress stored in the body, and the way it gently repatterns the mind.

Sunday, June 14 · 11am–1pm Integration & Embodiment : Stabilize the flow state, and discover how the nervous system and brain continue to evolve with consistent practice.
