Rounding in the Park

since we all have been craving a bit of accountability to stick with our rounding practice, let’s get together for a group round and meditation at sunset! victoria will guide everyone through one round and keep the time for breathwork and meditation so you can arrive and be carried through. listen to the sounds of nature, feel the sunlight on your skin, and connect to the earth and each other. we can order dinner after/ head someplace on main after if we want!

* What to bring : A yoga mat, blanket, EYE MASK (OPTIONAL), WATER BOTTLE, IF YOU WANT TO BORROW A back jack/PICK UP AT VICTORIA’S ON THE WAY.

* Prerequisite : this is open to anyone who has learned the vedic rounding technique. Rounding is an advanced technique based on the principle of nishkam karma yoga—“action hardly done.” Through a specific sequence of gentle asana (body positions), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, the body and mind are guided into deep relaxation, creating profound rest for the entire system. 

This is a somatic healing add-on to your practice that allows for the systematic release of deeply stored stress and fatigue. The purpose is to amplify the depth of your existing meditation practice and create less friction living life outside of meditation.
