What we collect

When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name (if you choose to share it) and a unique identifier. We do not receive or store your email address unless you explicitly provide it.

Health data

Nowphoria reads heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) from Apple Health during meditation sessions. This data is displayed to you on your device and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. We also write Mindful Minutes to Apple Health after each session.

What we store

We store your display name, meditation session history (duration, date), field notes you choose to share publicly, and your friend connections. This data is stored securely on Supabase (our backend provider).

Location

If you grant location access, your city is displayed on your profile. We do not store precise GPS coordinates or track your location in the background.

Sharing

Field notes marked "share to the field" are visible to other Nowphoria users. Field notes marked "keep private" are only visible to you. You can change visibility or delete any field note at any time.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. We use Supabase for data storage and Apple for authentication.

You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at vblairl@me.com
