In this course you will learn the simple technique of Vedic Meditation. Vedic Meditation is a simple and natural technique that is practiced for 20 minutes twice a day. It is natural to the mind and allows our body to reset and recharge at the cellular level. In this technique, we work with a bija mantra, which is essentially a sound & vibration. The mantra naturally guides our mind to transcend thought, entering a field of being— pure consciousness.
