Join us for a long weekend retreat of deep rest and restoration in Lyme, Connecticut. Lyme, Connecticut is a quiet, charming town along the Connecticut River—surrounded by trees, stillness, and a deep connection to nature.
From August 28 to September 1, we’ll gather at a private residence surrounded by nature—complete with a pool, gardens, and open-air stillness—perfect for rounding, reflection, and quiet integration.
This immersive experience is designed for Vedic Meditators ready to deepen their practice through multiple rounds each day. With guided instruction, daily vedic knowledge meetings, nourishing meals with our in-house chef, and evening sound baths, we’ll create the ideal conditions for the nervous system to unwind at the deepest level.
This retreat is an invitation to shift the baseline—to stabilize Being in activity and reconnect to your innate rhythm through rest.

If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, we will do our best to fill your space and refund you the retreat fee minus your deposit.
WHAT IS ROUNDING?
Known as “industrial strength meditation,” Rounding is a 4-part (asana–breath-meditation-savasana) sequence that prepares your mind and body for a profoundly deep meditation. On a Rounding Retreat, we do multiple daily rounds for transformational stress release & the stabilization of Being. Rounding on retreat provides the equivalent stress release of 6 months of twice-daily meditation.
LEARN ROUNDING
To fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience, we highly recommend learning the Rounding technique beforehand. This 4-part (asana–breath-meditation-savasana) sequence enhances the body’s ability to release stress, access deep rest, and stabilize Being in the field of activity. Everything is about sequence and stabilization. If your nervous system has been primed and established in rounding prior, you will be able to get to higher rounds on the retreat.

FAQ
Who can attend a rounding retreat? This retreat is open to all graduates of an in-person Vedic Meditation course. It is highly recommended you learn rounding prior to the retreat if you desire to get to higher rounds.
Do you offer dietary accommodations? Our Rounding Retreat will feature farm-to-table sattvic meals prepared by our on-site chef. There will be gluten-free and dairy-free options at every meal; please let us know if you have any additional restrictions, preferences, or allergies.
