Join Vedic Meditation teacher Victoria Larkins for guided breathwork and a conversation on the neuroscience of deep rest, brain wave states, and the role of consciousness in stress recovery. We’ll explore how life in the modern world impacts the nervous system, how stress accumulates, and how Vedic Meditation—by guiding the mind to its least excited state—works to reset the body at a biological level. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the science of rest, the power of brain wave regulation, and the adaptability that emerges when we transcend the surface.
